Our first foray into property development, working in conjunction with Lowe & Co. Properties Ltd. Studio Kitty McKibbin oversaw all aspects of the project, including project managing to obtain all licences, consulting with a structural engineer and coordinating the timetable of works. 

The inside of the flat was reconfigured from a 1 bed to a 2 bed with a large conservatory kitchen. All furniture - both new and antique - was rented for the sale period, from a variety of suppliers throughout London. Our aim was to create an individual looking space within the stylistic parameters of the Chelsea property development market. 

The flat achieved its full asking price offer, a record price on that street, less than 2 weeks after going on the market.
